To all who attended the ISDUP Seminar/Convention at Woods Cross High School on June 20, 2026:

Unfortunately, the credit card machines which were being operated in the main room where the pin and other sales were taking place did not transmit their data and so nothing was actually charged to your credit card.

This DOES NOT apply to those who purchased books at the book only stations in the foyer or for those who were checked out by the man running the computer in the main sales room. Those individuals received their receipts via email and those charges went through.

This also DOES NOT apply to anyone who paid by cash, check, or Venmo.

If you received a printed receipt from the credit card machine and still have that receipt, please call the office at 801-532-6479, ext 200, and make payment with your credit card. If you prefer, we will take payment with Venmo (see attached QR code) or by check. In these cases, please write “Woods Cross” in the memo line.

If you no longer have your receipt, please add up to the best of your ability what you purchased using the attached price list and then submit payment as requested above. Pin prices were $6.00, $8.00, or $10.00 depending on the pin (some were on sale that day). If you are unsure of what you were charged, the office can give you the price of a specific pin or other item.

If you brought a friend or family member who is not a member of DUP, please forward this message on to her if it applies.

If you are worried about being double-charged, check your credit card statement. If you were not charged, please make payment as soon as possible.
