The Second Floor of the Museum has many displays of pioneer handiwork. Embroidery, lace, samplers, knitting, crocheting, and other handicrafts are featured in the many cases. They may look like plain white textiles, but be sure to take a closer look and remember these were all made by hand and by candlelight! The second floor features the Doctor’s Room which spotlights medicine in early Utah. The Clothing Room has some homemade mannequins that show how the pioneers actually dressed. The buffalo robe and the buckskin outfits are amazing to see. The second floor also includes the doll collection, the dish room, the Richards Room, and the Pioneer Kitchen.

The Daughters of Utah Pioneers maintain numerous satellite museums around the state of Utah and beyond. Click here for a list of other DUP (satellite) Museums.
